We have designed this itinerary for our clients to visit top destinations and experiences within Uganda and Rwanda
Day 1: Arrival.
Our guide or hotel shuttle will pick you up on arrival at Entebbe international airport and transfer to your hotel.
Overnight at the Boma Hotel. Meal plan is BB
Day 2: Kibale National Park.
Our guide will meet you early morning after your breakfast, give you a brief about your safari and set off to Kibale National Park.
You will depart west to Fort portal, the town rests in the shadow of the Fabled” mountains of the moon.
Continue to KIBALE NATIONAL PARK – check in and have lunch.
After you go for an evening walk in bigodi swamp.
During the swamp walk watch out for the different bird species and the other flora and fauna. Dine and overnight at Papaya Lake Resort.
Day 3: Chimpanzee Habituation experience.
After your breakfast the guide will transfer you to the forest for the Chimpanzee Habituation experience.
The Chimpanzee Habituation Experience entails getting the chimpanzees used to the presence of humans
(to remove the fear of humans from the group),
Aprocess that takes up to two years – and today you are part of that process by your all day presence in the forest.
Years ago, it used to be that you had a 20% chance of seeing chimpanzees in the wild,
Today because of the habituation process that has increased to over 90%.
Your day will be full, your camera will fill up with quality pictures of the chimpanzees.
And you will get to learn to identify them as individuals by their markings, sometimes scars.
Other unique features that make them stand apart from rest.
The day ends as the chimpanzees climb into their newly built nests for the evening.
And you head back to your lodging for the evening. Dine and overnight at Papaya Lake Resort.
Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through Ishasha.
After an early Breakfast, drive out southwards through the Ishasha sector.
There is a possibility of coming across the tree climbing lions and other wildlife.
This sector is famous for the tree climbing lions. After a short drive around continue to Bwindi.
Dinner and overnight at Volcanoes Bwindi Lodge
Day 5: Gorilla trekking day – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
The highlight of your safari- meeting with the gentle giants of Bwindi!
Expect to walk in steep and muddy conditions, sometimes with rain overhead, before you encounter any gorillas.
But it will definitely be worthwhile as you observe them closely while they eat, play and rest.
A unique and unforgettable experience! Dinner and overnight at Volcanoes Bwindi Lodge.
Day 6: Transfer to Mgahinga National Park
After breakfast you will head south of Bwindi impenetrable national park to Mgahinga. Dinner and overnight at Mount Gahinga Lodge

Day 7:

Day 8:
Mountain Gorilla view lodge
Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch and Dinner.
Day 9:
Mountain Gorilla view lodge
Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch and Dinner.
Day 10:
Lake Kivu Serena
Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch and Dinner.
Day 11:
Lac Kivu lodge
Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch and Dinner.
Day 12:
Overnight in tents at the top of the volcano.
Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch and Dinner.
Day 13: Descend the Volcano and transfer to Kigali
