6 Days Mount muhabura Mgahinga sabinyo and Hiking Safari highlights

Day 1: Drive to Mgahinga National Park.
Day 2: Hiking Mt. Sabinyo (3669m).
Day 3: Hiking Mt. Gahinga (3474m).
Day 4 – 5: Hiking Experience to Mt. Muhavura (4127m).
Day 6: Transfer to Kampala-Entebbe.

Day 1: Drive to Mgahinga National Park

Depart Kampala for Kisoro to the one of the small though momentous parks.

You will enjoy your lunch meal when you make a stop en-route as you vow the beautifully laid scenery of the geography of western Uganda.

Day 2: Hiking Mt. Sabinyo (3669m)

After breakfast, grab your packed lunch not forgetting the drinking water; embark on a hiking adventure that’s going to take you about 8 hours hiking experience to Mt. Sabinyo as you enjoy the memorable experience of being in Uganda, DRC and Rwanda all at the very same on reaching the top. From the mountain top you have an amazing view of the area around the mountain slopes.

Dinner and overnight.

Day 4 – 5: Hiking Experience to Mt. Muhavura (4127m)

Day 4-5 you will wake have breakfast and head to Gahinga to the base of Mt. Muhavura and campat Muhavura base camp.

The hiking will start at the peak of the volcano where you will enjoy the scenic view of the top of the Virunga volcanoes, peaks of Mt. Rwenzori and L. Albert in Bwindi and Queen Elizabeth national parks.

Thereafter have dinner and overnight at your accommodation of choice .

Day 6: Transfer to Kampala-Entebbe

Wake up to a fantastic breakfast meal as you prepare to check out of the lodge so as to head to Kampala, make a stop at the park headquarter here you can stop at the craft shops and pick souvenir to take home, there after drive to the airport for your flight back .
